We just got home. Thank you for this detailed info on "Panama" hats.

I stopped by your office Tuesday morning to see you (or Pablo) (I did not check my e-mail while in Ecuador) but you were not yet open.

I was not entirely sure where the style of a panama hat would suit me, so I purchased one of medium quality for an affordable price. If I like it, I will look at getting a better one. They are available over the Internet, or I can always fly back to Ecuador!

Dear Jenny,

Thank you very much for arranging my trip to Galapagos. The islands and the nature there is really wonderful and unique.

Everything were allright with the "Eden". The crew and the other travellers had been really nice. I enjoyed it very much. It has been a bit could for snorkeling as you said, but at least it worked.

Only the flight to Galapagos wasn't good organized. It has been delayed wich was bad because the whole situation in the airport is really not to understand what is going on. And as a person who doesn't understand spanish very good the situation is even more worse.

Dear Jenny, we wish you a very merry Christmas and a successful New Year!

But most of all we want to thank you for a wonderful trip down the avenida del volcanoes.

The organization was perfect, and we had a wonderful time. Pablo, our guide, was very personable, experienced, and he tried to accomodate all of our wishes.

In many cases, he actually anticipated our wishes. But the jewel of the trip was the driver, Patricio. You can hardly find anybody, who loves his country, Ecuador, more than this man, and he knows the people and the geography better than anybody we could have hoped for.

Through his biking career, he is also familiar with a lot of little details, which you would miss from merely an automobile, and he has an extremely wide network of great connections. This guy is super, and you should hold on to him. In terms of places visited, we liked Cuenca the best.

All our accomodations were very good. If we had to rank them, El Dorado in Cuenca would get first prize, hosteria Andaluz would be second, Quilotoa Crater Lodge would be third, and Banos ( Trapiche ? ) would be fourth.

The most interesting event on our trip was the visit with a local familiy near Imbabura.

Dear Jenny,

We had a very good time in Quito and on the Islands. It was wonderful! Such a great time with the sea lions!

But, we noticed some problems with the Angelique. Many tourists from Europe said that they will make complaint in their agency. It's not my case, I knew that it was an economical boat but I must admit that it could be better than that. So, I send you the form as requested.

Have a nice day and thanks a lot for everything. Your drivers and guides were always there, on time, and gave us a really good service.

almost one year is gone since we visited Ecuador. When I saw you after our tours I asked you for an evaluation paper. Unfortunately I forgot to fill out and send, but better to do it late than never.

We want to say, that all your service was good or better. We were happy, that you have done this job for us. The Galapagos tour was unforgettable. The Sulidae was the perfect ship for us. The Jungle tour in Tapir Lodge was fantastic too. When people will ask us where to book such tours, we will recommend you. When we come back to Ecuador, we will take your service again.
